In the gulf temperature fluctuates between 60 0 C in summer to 50 C in winter. To avoid heat loss and to maintain the thermal integrity of the building, Ahlia Chemical Industries started production of Polyol SPR-141 B and MDI and takes turn key projects for spray foam insulation application.
Ahlia Spray polyurethane foam is a two component low viscosity system, specially designed for insulation application.
Polyol SPR-141b and hardener Isocyanate AHL-MDI-5 on mixing in 1: 1 ratio with professional impingement –type mixing gun at ambient temperature expands to form a low density, hard, rigid, closed cell foam.
When sprayed, expanded foam bonds to the substrate and becomes the part of structure forming a thick seamless barrier. Polyurethane foam fills cracks, voids, cervices and building cavities.
Manufactured in 30 – 55 kg/m3 densities, polyurethane foam is easily applied to the roofs of any size, shape and slope.
Once the spray polyurethane foam has been applied to proper thickness, a protective layer of elastomeric coating is applied .The protective layer produces a durable weather resistant surface, and can be renovated easily periodically.
